Our beginning Pilates Class is taught with an emphasis on reviewing the basics as you begin to build mind-body awareness and strength in proper form. Even though you are working on the basics, the class will be taught with a level of intensity that even a more advanced client will be sure to get a great workout!

It is a 55-minute fat burning workout that integrates the use of the reformer, salt wall, various props, rebounder, & jump board. This is a challenging workout that will leave your legs shaking. THIS IS NOT A CLASS FOR BEGINNERS
This 55 minute ADVANCED class is an intense sculpting class devoted to strengthening the abdominals, obliques, back, and glutes. Reformers, Rebounders, Boxes, Bosu, Bodhi, weights & bands are used to help you achieve optimal fitness. BEGINNING STUDENTS MUST TAKE THE PILATES LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2 CLASS, AND/OR A PRIVATE SESSION AND HAVE THE STRENGTH TO STAY SAFE FIRST BEFORE JOINING A CLASS.
