Our Mission

Our mission is to create an experience that challenges the body, builds confidence and helps every client leave feeling stronger than when they walked in.

Our illuminated salt walls represent more than our name. Inspired by the words “Salt of the Earth” and “Light of the World,” they reflect our belief that salt makes things better and light makes things brighter. Through Pilates, we hope to bring that same sense of strength, light and positive change to every person who walks through our doors.
