New clients, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign a liability waiver, familiarize yourself with the reformer, purchase grip socks, and inform your instructor of any injuries or limitations.
Clients arriving 5 minutes late will not be admitted into the studio after the start of class. Your spot may be given up to another client. Please arrive on time.
Clients must be at least 16 years old to attend a group class. Clients between the ages of 14-16 can attend after being approved through a set of private instructions to ensure proper form and safety on the equipment. The amount of private sessions will be determined by a Salt Pilates instructor.
Clients under the age of 18 need a parent to sign a liability waiver before they attend the studio.
Salt Pilates requires a 12-hour cancellation to allow enough time for waitlisted clients to join the class. Clients who do not cancel before 12 hours will lose their scheduled class & receive a $10 late cancel charge. Late cancels will be accepted up until 1 hour before the start of class. Cancellations within 1 hour of the start of class will be considered a No-Show. Clients who do a no-show for a scheduled class will lose their class & receive a $20 no-show charge.
Please be respectful to the studio, instructors, & their clients by canceling before the 12-hour period.
Please only waitlist for classes you intend to keep. To be respectful to all other clients, please don't waitlist for multiple classes a day.
For both safety and to maintain clean studio hygiene, we require all clients to wear grip socks during class.
All sales are final. There are no refunds. However, you may gift your remaining classes to another client.
Salt Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend clients only bring into the studio the items needed & leave valuable items at home.
Please be courteous and quiet while sessions are in progress.
We kindly ask that you turn off your cell phones before starting class to prevent interruptions to you and other clients in class.
