This is a HIGH INTENSE non-stop Pilates class that requires a strong sense of mind body awareness, balance, strength & endurance! It is a 55-minute fat burning workout that integrates the use of the salt wall, various props, & jump board. This is a challenging workout that will leave your legs shaking.
THIS IS NOT A CLASS FOR BEGINNERS

Focusing on toning and strengthening the core and upper body, this class will use the reformer and will incorporate a variety of props including weights and the Salt Wall. This class will work your abs and arms to their limits and IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS OR THOSE WITH INJURIES.
Friday January 27th @ 9:45am
End your week with a recovery class focusing on gentle movement & stretching. This class will use the reformer and a variety of props to help guide the body into a relaxed and recovered state..
